1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. The following shipping methods are available:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Typically, delivery takes 7-14 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as customs processing and shipping carrier delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, shipping method, and the size/weight of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

3. International Orders

We ship internationally to a select number of countries. If your shipping address is outside of the United States, please note:

  • International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
  • If customs duties or taxes are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Piaget Grandeur.

4. Order Processing

Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, and once the order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information.

5. Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • International customs processing

6. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to certain locations, such as P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please reach out to us before completing your order.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
